Ayer en la noche recibi el arpa, gracias es muy bon ita, quiero darle disculpas
por si usted en algun momento percibió desconfianza de mi parte. Costa Rica se
ha convertido en un país de estafas y desfalcos por extranjeros de dudoso
proceder que en conjunto con nacionales nos mantienen en una constante sosobra.
De ahí tal vez mi preocupación. Reitero la disculpa y agradezco profundamente la
generosidad de su proceder.
Ahora lo que necesito es aprender a afinarla y aprender a usar el afinador, el
libro esta muy bonito, pero me gustaria comprar el metodo que usted me habia
hablado que trae fotos, cuando esten a la venta me avisa para comprarlo.

It is so beautiful, and the sound is wonderful...it is far superior to any other
smaller harps I've heard or tried!
I love the camac levers, too. The sound is so clear!

Finalmente pude ver el arpa y tocarla, En mis 22 años de experiencia tocando
este instrumento y comparando diferentes opciones de arpas paraguayas. El arpa
que me envió ha sobrepasado todas mis expectativas y ha llegado a ser el arpa
que he tocado que mejor suena. los acordes son sumamente delicados y los
bordones bien intensos. Realmente el arpa es una joya y no me canso de admirar
tantos detalles tan delicados que tiene el arpa, los tallados y las
terminaciones. Habia escuchado del renombre del fabricante pero no imaginaba la
magnitud de su destreza. Muy buen producto y sumamente complacido.
Espero que el otro arpa se igual de sorprendente.

Hola Gustavo, ya me ha llegado el arpa correctamente y sin ningún desperfecto.
Tengo que felicitarte tanto por el trabajo realizado con el arpa en donde se
nota la profesionalidad y por el gran interés que te has tomado, facilitando en
todo momento la buena labor de apoyo y asesoramiento que has tenido tú y tu
equipo. Comentarte que al final y salvo que tenga alguna sorpresa, no he tenido
que pagar nada en la Aduana, suponiendo que al ser por correo ordinario no
tributa nada. Este truco me lo sé, porque suelo pedir a EE.UU repuestos y
accesorios de una Harley que tengo, así que supuse que debería valer para el
arpa.
Se ha quedado muy asombrada la profesora de mi niña de lo bien construida que
está el arpa así como la calidad de los materiales empleados y mucho mas por el
importe final de la misma, aunque ya sé que me comentaste que era un precio
promocional, que te agradezco. Te comento esto porque seguramente, como ella es
profesora de conservatorio, imparte mas clases particulares y dará referencias
tuyas por si algun alumno quiere hacer pedido.
Bueno lo dicho gracias por todo y espero que continueis en la misma linea de
buen hacer que estais llevando.

The sound of the harp is excellent. The bass tones as well as the high tones
sound three times better than my other harp.

está muy contenta porque llegó sin problemas.

¡Hola Gustavo!
El Arpa llego el día de ayer miercoles 22 en la mañana, llego con el
enbalaje un poco roto, pero el Arpa en muy buenas condiciones.
Te felicito ya que el arpa tiene muy buen acabado, muy detallada construcción y
sobre todo, tiene muy buen sonido. Con respecto a los accesorios llegaron todos,
solo que tengo una duda con respecto a las cuerdas, esto es, que checando la
numeración de las cuerdas no viene la cuerda No. 37, que seria la mas gruesa y
de color blanco, ya que viene la No. 36 (Blanca) y la No. 35 ( Azul ) y así
suscesibamente vienen el resto de cuerdas; y noto que en el Arpa las dos cuerdas
más gruesas y largas son blancas y la siguiente es azul.
Con respecto al libro método, se me hace muy completo y práctico, en cuanto a
los CDs. no he tenido oportunidad de checarlos, en cuanto lo haga, te daré mis
comentarios.
Muchas gracias por la seriedad en el complimiento de los compromisos y la
calidad de los productos que ofreces en tu página.

rojo es fa...correcto? Se que es lo contrario que las clasicas pero tenia la
duda. El arpa llego en una pieza, gracias a Dios y ya la empeze a tocar. De

Sorry that I haven't been able to write sooner as work kept me extremely busy.
I received the
LLia while ago and it is just beautiful!!! The look, the
shape, and the smell of the wood all reminds me of Paraguay! It was safely and
securely packed, so it all arrived in a sound and perfect condition. I screened
through Prof. Arzamendia's book and I am amazed at how user-friendly it is. I
have confidence I can self-learn it.
I will be sending over the shipping money next week, so let me know if I need to
fill in any particular information on the Western Union form so you can pick up
the money without trouble.
In the future, if you need a testimonial from me to put up on your website, let

Hi Gustavo,
I received the harp yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful. I do have a
question before I start to tune it.
Looking at the strings, it does appear that you strung it "American" style, but
I'm not sure what the lowest note is, and I don't want to tune it wrong. The
first two notes are white strings, and the third string is red, so it looks like
it should be a "C" (assuming all strings are in the treble clef, just to avoid
confusion). Does that mean that the lowest note on the harp is an "A"? Please
let me know, and then I can start tuning. Thank you for a most beautiful harp.

Dear Gustavo,
I received my harp today in perfect condition. It has a lovely tone. I have
tuned the harp to an F low note - played it, listened to each string, compared
the tension, string length, diameter to the same notes on my larger harp, and I
think it makes a lovely harp. The bass is nice - better than I had hoped for in
a smaller harp and the upper notes have a beautiful clarity. And I admire the
really close grain top to the soundbox and look forward to really getting to
know this charming harp. Thank you!

Perfecto, una maravilla como la primera vez . Esta arreglado un poco mas alto y
me gusta tambien muchisimo .
Me olvide de confirmar a Escrow.com porque estaba de viaje cuando llego el arpa
y la vi 2 dias despues, que era el viernes en la tarde. El lunes me olvide de

Great and I love it! thank you for the beautiful work! And for the book! That
really is helping. I have a question. the the blue strigns are D? and the red G?
and to tune it, the lowest string is a B in the -2 octave, right? and the
highest note is a C? right? in the +4 octave, and it's just like a piano,
correct? Let me know before the pattern is too ingrained.

I love this harp. My friends who are visiting over the summer are really
impressed by it. I am actually picking it up quite quickly. It's just like the
piano and guitar combined... very fun! I am still getting used to it. One of the
piano students I teach, actually wants to learn the harp, and I highly
recommended your paraguayan harps. I told them of the great service I received
from you. The sound of the harp is beautiful. I accidently broke one of the
highest strings because I was tunning in the wrong direction, and it snapped.
But it's ok. I finally was able to tune the harp... it took a while but it's
