Apart from the Troubadour, which is available in mahogany finish only, our models are finished in either mahogany or cherry. Subject to a supplement of 10%, all our models can be supplied in either natural maple or laser-finish maple. The laser technique allows the wood to be coloured whilst leaving the beauty of its grain visible, thus combining the appeal of colour with enhancement of the natural grain of wood.
Hermine, Melusine and Korrigan are available with either legs or claw feet ; please specify your preference when submitting your order.

Created in 2003, in response to requests from harp teachers, the Hermine is a classic Celtic harp. Its size and weight make it particularly suitable for younger harpists. Equipped with "Alliance" strings, it combines the roundness and strength of the gut string sound with the robustness and stability of synthetic strings. Light, easy to handle and of impeccable quality, the Hermine nonetheless remains accessible, thanks to its very attractive price.

The 38-string Korrigan harps are ideal for harpists who want a Celtic harp with gut strings. These harps are particularly suitable for students who wish later to move on to the pedal harp.

A harp can be amplified in one or two ways. The first solution is to provide the harp with one pickup per string, each pickup just picking up the sound of its own string : this is known as an Electric Harp (the Blue, for example, is an electric harp). The second solution is to place several pickups inside the soundboard, thus capturing all the resonance of the harp. We would like to propose you consider this system as it is affordable, and it is adaptable to all our harps across the whole range.

Conceived to ensure the most natural transition to any 47-string harp, the Schola has the same spacing, tension and pedalling. During the flourishing period between the 1880s and the First World War, artists on both sides of the Atlantic went back to nature. In a symphony of fluid lines and natural forms, Art Nouveau permeated every aspect of society. Camac Harps felt compelled to pay homage to the “Belle Époque”, and its beautifully undulating, decorative elements. Flowers, tendrils, leaves and lattices contributed to a style which, like our house, turns its face to modernity. We are delighted to offer you a harp with a magnificent sound, its roots in Impressionist music.
